FIRST LOGIN: ACTIVATE AND SECURE YOUR ACCOUNT

OVERVIEW
To protect your account and ensure secure access, you must complete an initial activation process during your first login.
This process takes place on the Secure Access Gateway, where you will create your password and set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
✉️ The email you received when your product was delivered contains both the activation link for the Secure Access Gateway and your credentials for accessing the associated services.
STEP 1 — ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT ON THE SECURE ACCESS GATEWAY
To begin, please click the activation link provided in the delivery email.
Use the link included in that email to access the Secure Access Gateway.
During this step, you will:
✅ Create your personal password.
✅ Set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced security.
ENABLE MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (MFA)
You will be prompted to enable one of two authentication methods.
Please choose the option that best fits your needs.
OPTION 1: ONE-TIME PASSWORD (TOTP)
This is the default MFA option.
It uses a temporary, time-based code generated by an authentication app.
The code automatically refreshes every few seconds to protect your account.
Please have your preferred authentication app ready to scan the QR code provided during setup.

OPTION 2: PHYSICAL SECURITY KEY (WEBAUTHN / FIDO2 / U2F)
Alternatively, you can secure your account using a hardware security key, such as a YubiKey or SoloKey.
This method provides a higher level of protection, ideal for sensitive or critical environments.

STEP 2 — ACCESS ASSOCIATED SERVICES
Once your account has been initialized and secured through the Secure Access Gateway, you can sign in to other connected services using the credentials provided in the same email as your activation link.
LOGIN CREDENTIALS
Username: [Username]
Password: [Initial Password]
These credentials are unique and can be changed at any time directly from the platform.
TIPS & BEST PRACTICES
- Use a strong, unique password for each system.
- The password used for the Secure Access Gateway should not be the same as the one used for other services.
- Never share your credentials with anyone — even internal support staff, we will never ask for.
- Store your backup MFA codes securely.
